With this program, our Ready Responders will come to you for regularly scheduled visits in your own home and help you make and implement a customized health improvement plan. Our Ready Responders will listen to whatever you’re going through in the comfort of your own home. No issue is too small if it’s affecting your well-being.

Requesting a Ready Responder is easy - heres how it works:

- Just open the app and click the Request Responder Now button.

- Confirm your address.

- One of our dispatchers will call you to gather additional information while they coordinate with our nearest Ready Responder.

- Your Responder will typically arrive in one hour or less, and ReadyCare will display their estimated arrival time.

- You can also schedule a future visit to have a Responder visit you tomorrow, in a week, or at any later date.

Note: ReadyCare will treat any patient regardless of insurer. ReadyCare bills your insurance for the visit, and we accept whatever your insurance pays as the full payment for ReadyCare services. Your only obligations will be your typical copay or deductible obligations as determined by your insurer. These are the same type of out-of-pocket payments that your insurer might require you to pay when you have a standard doctor visit or urgent care.
